Sunrise and Frost 1/20/15

1:21:15 o sig“Part of the problem with the word ‘disabilities’ is that it immediately suggests an inability to see or hear or walk or do other things that many of us take for granted. But what of people who can’t feel? Or talk about their feelings? Or manage their feelings in constructive ways? What of people who aren’t able to form close and strong relationships? And people who cannot find fulfillment in their lives, or those who have lost hope, who live in disappointment and bitterness and find in life no joy, no love? These, it seems to me, are the real disabilities.”
~ Fred Rogers
Flashback – Friday, January 20, 2012 – This is my sleepy little Dorzie (F3 Savannah).  He is a special needs cat with a big heart and so very full of love.  He has a seizure disorder and feline cerebellar hypoplasia but is a happy fellow. (Update: He passed away in fall of 2014 from increasing seizures.  We will always miss him.  RIP little friend.)
January 20, 2012 sigFlashback – Sunday, January 20, 2013 – I don’t know what kind of gnarly tree this is but I’m thinking it is some kind of ornamental fruit tree. The air is still heavily polluted allowing the sun to appear as a disc during sunset.
January 20, 2013 sigFlashback – Monday, January 20, 2014 – The moon was out early this morning as it got light 🙂January 20, 2014
Tuesday, January 20, 2015 – I was up at sunrise to capture a couple of shots of the Oquirrh Mountains along with a few of this morning’s frost 🙂
