Liquid Gems In Natural Settings 2/28/14 (and 2/29/12)

Flashback Tuesday, February 28, 2012 – This is my pick photo for today and it shows the waxing moon of Ash as it is headed towards moonset.  I’m hoping that the nimbus surrounding it means we will get more snow or at least rain!

February 28, 2012 sigFlashback, Wednesday,  February 29, 2012 – This is my pick photo of the day and it shows a tree and an old water tower behind my bank today, February 29th. I really like the balance of the tree, parking terrace, tower, and clouds in this picture.

February 29, 2012 sigFlashback, Thursday, February 29, 2013 – This is my pick photo for today, the last day in February, and and it stars tonight’s beautiful sunset and some neighborhood trees.

February 28, 2013 sigFriday, February 28, 2014 – Today we had some more rain and when I went out to take my photos I found some emerging tulips at a neighbor’s that had made little wells of rain water.  Some of these looked quite gem like in the shifting light as the clouds crossed the sky.
